Job Description

We are looking for a customer-oriented service representative. This person will act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our clients might face with accuracy and efficiency. The target is to ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction. This job is a part-time position with room for growth.

Requirements

  • Strong verbal/written communication skills
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Microsoft Product knowledge/experience
  • Ability to work with a team to complete tasks/projects
  • Ability to work independently to support customers
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • High School Diploma

Responsibilities

  • Managing large amounts of incoming calls and emails
  • Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools provided
  • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers
